Cancellations made 5 or more business days before the class start date:

• A full refund will be issued, less a $20 administration fee.

• Participants may request to transfer their registration to another course date, subject to availability, at no additional administration cost.

Cancellations made less than 5 business days before the class start date:

• No refunds will be issued.

• If you are unable to attend, you may arrange for another individual to take your place.

• Transfers to another course date may be accommodated, subject to availability.

• In extenuating circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed and approved at the discretion of the Director. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Registration & Payment

• Registration is not considered confirmed until full payment has been received.

• Participants are encouraged to register and submit payment in advance to secure their spot.

Class Cancellations

• SPRCL reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient registration.

• If a class is cancelled, registered participants will be notified approximately 3–4 days before the scheduled start date.

• A full refund will be issued to all registered participants if SPRCL cancels a class.
